Refund & Returns Policy

Let's be real, returning items can be a real hassle, so with our 15 day return and refund policy we'll try to make the process as smooth as possible.

To be eligible for a complete refund on a returned item, it must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and also in the original packaging.

We will provide a return address for the item; however, return shipping fees are at your expense and they are non-refundable.

Also, sending us 2 - 3 supporting pictures of what you received will also speed up the process as they will be required at the beginning of the returns process.

Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you, and you should receive a refund within 5 - 7 business days after that.


For items that have not arrived after 45 days, please contact us and we will resend the same item.

In such cases, you may opt for a refund of 30% of the subtotal to your method of payment, or a 50% of the subtotal as store credit.


Non-returnable items include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable digital items like PDFs or Images
* Personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This does not include items purchased with a certified coupon.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
